The picturesque church of St Mary`s, Church Houses, Farndale, England stands at the heart of the North Yorkshire Moors in a dale renowned for it`s annual carpet of wild daffodils. Unfortunately we was perhaps a week to early has the daffodils had not opened up. This simple church, with it`s wide low chancel arch and Victorian east window, was built from local stone in 1831 and restored by Temple Moore in 1907-1914.
