  1. When looking at the living room, the first thing that comes to my mind is that they have way too much stuff in there. Looked like you could hardly get around! But, they certainly had the essential: comfy looking chairs and a fireplace. The piano is a nice touch but to me not a necessity. I find it interesting on how far back pawnbrokers go in history. They have been around a long time. I personally would have found it fascinating to see an ironmonger shop. Things like that just amaze me with the ingenuity that people had back in the day. Great stuff, Les!!!

  2. Thank you Dave for your comments they are very much appreciated. Take a look at those ceramic bowls in the pottery shop photo. You migjt be able to replicate the shapes in your own wood turnings.
